This dual oven cooks pizzas, flat bread and mixed grills of any kind on direct flame and roasts, flans, vegetables, potatoes, bread and cakes on firebricks. This is obtained thanks to two cooking chambers that maintain different temperatures. Moreover, the ventilation system spreads the heat in the surroundings.
FIAMMA OVEN: The first cooking chamber is called Fiamma Oven.
The direct flames generate heat for cooking by irradiation.
The cooking floor is made of a double layer of refractory bricks.
The overall 6 cm. thickness ensures long-lasting heat.
The stainless steel dome is designed for the oven to rapidly reach operating temperature.
The glass ceramic door is resistant to high temperatures and is equipped with wooden handles and a knob to regulate the draught.

MATTONE OVEN: The second cooking chamber is called Mattone Oven.
It quickly cooks and warms food at a steady temperature without altering flavours.
